Sample Itinerary
- 8:00 AM: Pick-up and departure from your hotel or Airbnb
- 8:45 AM: Bakery stop for optional pastries and use of restrooms.
- 9:15 AM: Arrival at Park Rangers Headquarters. Cross a small river to reach the trailhead. (River may vary from dry in summer to 3 feet deep in rainy season.)
- 10:45 AM: Visit a water hole to cool off and relax.
- 11:15 AM: Drive back to Santa Cruz for a lunch stop at a local restaurant.
- 1:30 PM: Drop-off back to your accommodation.
